Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) offers IRS-trained volunteers to prepare taxes for people with a household income of $57,000 or less. By helping families save money with free tax preparation, United Way of Alamance County is offering solutions that move people towards financial independence and a better quality of life. Saving $200 or more can make a big difference in preventing a financial crisis.
