Help Bring PORCH to Alamance County

Join United Way of Alamance County and PORCH Communities on Wednesday, September 23, from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM at the United Way office for a drop-in Open House to learn how simple monthly neighborhood-based food collections are helping fight hunger across the country.

As PORCH works to grow its network throughout Alamance County, we're looking for community members who want to make a difference right where they live. Whether you're interested in becoming a Neighborhood Coordinator, partnering as a local organization, or simply learning more about the PORCH model, we'd love to meet you.

Stop by to enjoy light refreshments, meet the PORCH team, ask questions, and learn how you can get involved as a Neighborhood Coordinator, volunteer, or community partner.

PORCH overview presentations will be offered at 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM, but attendees are welcome to drop in anytime throughout the event.
