Nichole Smyth started with Triad Cremation & Funeral Service in 2017 as an Administrative Coordinator and Notary Public, later also operating in the capacity of Crematory Manager. She was born in New York, later relocating to North Carolina and attending Walter Williams High School and Guilford Technical Community College.
She is currently the Outreach Director for Triad Cremation & Funeral Service as well as Groce Memorial Funeral Home, building strong community ties throughout Alamance and Guilford counties and the surrounding areas. Nichole is happy doing what she loves most—helping people when they need it the most and spreading kindness throughout the communities she serves.
In addition to her outreach role, Nichole serves as Vice President of the Triad Retirement Living Association and is a board member of Alamance ElderCare, where she is committed to supporting older adults and strengthening partnerships that benefit the community.
Nichole is proud to say she works daily with her significant other and company founder, Jeremy, as well as her oldest son, Tyler; sister-in-law, Shanell; and mother-in-law, Leanne. She is also a mom to her younger son, Anthony, and fur babies, including the company's two grief support pups, Lucy and Tubbs.
She is an avid world traveler who enjoys nature's beauty and outdoor adventures. She is also passionate about photography, gardening, and making new memories with friends and family. Nichole is thankful for all of her blessings and is honored to serve her community both professionally and through her volunteer leadership.
