The Alamance County Health Department invites individuals who live, work, or provide services in Alamance County to complete the 2026 Opioid Settlement Community Needs Survey.
The survey will gather community perspectives regarding opioid-related needs, existing
resources, service gaps, barriers to care, and priorities for prevention, treatment, recovery, and harm-reduction efforts. The responses will help inform future planning and guide the use of
opioid settlement resources in Alamance County.
The survey will remain open through October 16, 2026.
