Originally from the Outer Banks, Rachel has called Alamance County home since 2011. She currently serves as an Assistant City Manager for the City of Burlington, where she has held various roles since originally joining City staff in 2011. She is a proud alumna of UNC Greensboro, from which she earned her BA and MPA degrees. She is excited about the future of Alamance County and is committed to working toward the betterment of the community, both in her personal and professional capacities.
