2026 Housing Alamance Summit

Join United Way of Alamance County for the 2026 Housing Alamance Summit!

As we look at the current landscape of Alamance County, the challenges facing our neighbors are becoming increasingly visible. Our community is grappling with growing issues pertaining to affordable housing, rising homelessness, and an increase in evictions. These are not just statistics; they represent families and individuals in our own backyards seeking stability.

To address these critical issues head-on, United Way of Alamance County (UWAC) is proud to announce the 2026 Housing Alamance Summit.

This summit is more than a meeting; it is a strategic convening designed to bring outside expertise to our local table. It is an opportunity to learn from other communities across North Carolina that have successfully navigated similar challenges, allowing us to make meaningful strides right here at home. We are bringing together leading voices from across the state to tackle the region’s most pressing housing challenges. Engage with experts on vital topics including winter shelter strategies, eviction prevention and mediation, and the public policies shaping the future of housing affordability and homelessness.
