Benevolence Farm is hiring our first Deputy Director. This full-time role will take place in Graham, NC. Salary is $60,000.
This new role of Deputy Director collaborates with the Executive Director on strategic leadership, operational oversight, and staff development to fulfill our mission of supporting formerly incarcerated women and gender expansive people. This role blends high-level management with hands-on execution, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while advancing long-term vision and impact.
The Deputy Director’s primary role is supporting and developing staff — and steps in as Acting Executive Director when needed.
