Communication & Customer Service Skills for Today's Workforce

Do you have what it takes to stand out in the workplace? Give great customer service? Showcase your abilities? This course will help you develop the soft skills you need to get a job, achieve success, and get a push forward to the next level in your career. Learn the essential communication skills that employers are seeking, and practice them in a supportive environment. Presented in partnership with Alamance Community College, this workshop meets Tuesday's and Thursday's  September 9th - 25th.

Guidelines:

This class is FREE to those who meet any one of the following four criteria:

  • You are currently unemployed
  • You have received notification of a pending layoff
  • You are working and eligible for the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit
  • You are working and earn wages at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines
