Exposed Transitional Living Program

The Exposed Transitional Living Program is for young adults between the ages of 16-21 and we are a community-based service that provides one-on-one and group interventions in the areas of independent living, job readiness, academic enhancement, job placement, and education assistance.  This service is ideal for young adults who are in foster care, juvenile justice, and/or mental health systems.  It is also an ideal service for youth who are at risk of dropping out of school.  Through the provision of our services, the primary objective is to increase positive life outcomes, decrease delinquency, increase youth employment, and foster engagement in pro-social activities.
