Do you know someone living with dementia, memory loss or Alzheimer’s disease? The Harbor Adult Day Program at Twin Lakes Community is a specialized day program for individuals with early to mid-stage memory loss. We offer participants an enriching, uplifting experience in a safe inviting environment while also providing caregivers a worry free day of respite time to care for their own personal needs or just relax and refresh from their day-to-day responsibilities.
We are hosting an open house on Thursday, March 7th from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. This will be a floating event where you can learn about the services we offer and see our facility.
