Register Students Online Now for Kindergarten
Alamance-Burlington Schools Launches Online Registration for 2021-2022

For children who will be five years old on or before August 31, 2021, parents or guardians can register now for Alamance-Burlington Schools (ABSS) kindergarten classes for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. The online enrollment process for all twenty (20) of the district’s elementary schools is accessible from any device with internet access, including computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones.
In order to register for kindergarten for the 2021-2022 school year, the following documentation is required:

•    Evidence of Parent/Guardian ID (ex. valid driver's license, state ID card)
•    Acceptable Evidence of Child’s Age (ex. birth certificate, adoption record)
•    Evidence of Permanent Housing (ex. current utility bill, mortgage statement)
•    Immunization Records (visit the School Nurse webpage)
•    Kindergarten Health Assessment (visit the School Nurse webpage)

Parents/guardians can visit the ABSS website: https://sites.google.com/abss.k12.nc.us/absskindergarten/home to create a student account, complete the registration process, and find out more details about the formative ABSS kindergarten experience that offers a wide array of opportunities for all students.

By completing the registration process early, parents/guardians will also be eligible to receive advance information about the upcoming kindergarten school year from their child’s school. School attendance in ABSS is determined by the physical street address of the custodial parent. Parents/guardians can find out the school zone for their child’s residence by entering the physical street address on the ABSS website: https://edulog.abss.k12.nc.us/livewq/webquery/ or by contacting the ABSS Transportation Map Office at (336) 570-6541.
