YMCA's Blood Pressure Program

The Y designed the Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program to help adults lower hypertension and manage their blood pressure. Our four-month session begins in December and includes a blood pressure cuff, four nutrition seminars, one on one coaching, and a four-month YMCA membership.
