United Way of Alamance County is thrilled to announce the appointment of Shereá D. Burnett, J.D., VSP, as its new President, effective November 3, 2025. After a comprehensive search process, the Board of Directors unanimously selected Burnett to lead the organization in its mission to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of the community.
"Shereá's vision, experience, and deep connection to Alamance County make her the ideal leader to advance our mission," said Patrick Noltemeyer, Board Chair of United Way of Alamance County. "Her commitment to ensuring that those most affected by poverty have a voice in shaping our strategies and solutions aligns perfectly with our organization's evolving priorities."
