Providence CMC receives a Grant through the NESTA Planet Stewards Education Project

We are honored and grateful to share that Providence has been awarded a grant through the NESTA Planet Stewards Education Project for our proposal, Living Land Legacy: Habitat Restoration and Conservation at Providence Montessori.

This exciting opportunity grew out of our collaborative capstone project with two professors, Evan Small and Kelsey Billings and their Land Use students at Elon University.

After a rigorous national review process, our project was selected for its innovative approach and potential impact in cultivating environmental stewardship and restoring native habitat on our campus.

We are deeply grateful for this partnership and the support to continue building a more sustainable future for our children — and for the land entrusted to us.
